From 11 June 2019, to ensure our customer success, Magestore includes Implementation service as part of all POS solutions. This means when you purchase any POS solution plan by Magestore, we will install and configure settings on 01 live site and 01 test site.

As the product owner, we understand our solution thoroughly. Hence, our implementation guarantees compatibility and functionality with your site in the shortest time.

In case you choose to implement by yourself, please note that the process of fixing arisen issues can be more difficult as Magestore is totally passive in both the human allocation and changes that you have made on our POS, which may cause some unexpected delays.

Under any circumstances, you will still receive our free support within the first year upon the date of purchase.
From the second year, you can renew support services with a yearly certain fee.

  • Support includes answering questions related to our products, bug/error fixing to make sure our products work well on your site, exactly like our demo.
  • Support does not include customizing our product to fit your own needs.
