Now, i am 22 years old. After starting my own company in 1 years, i have made $1 million in commission in one of the most competitive industries all over the world. In this kind of industry, the average age of my competitors is at least double my age with 10 times the tenure in the business. I graduated from a prestigious university with a master’s degree. I received it when i was 20 years old after fast-tracking four years of school. I completed 13 triathlons and traveled to more than 55 countries in the world.
Things are actually good. However, the future wasn’t always bright.

After finishing graduating school, i launched a new office for commercial real-estate business which belongs to my family. The result of my business in the first 15 days was brutal so i thought that the success we hoped would be more difficult than i could ever have imagined. In the process of finding the solution, i have realized that the secret to millennial success in running business is a combination of creative thinking and grit. Here are 5 amazing mental shifts to become millionaire at the age of 22.

1. Believe in yourself

The most important thing is that you must believe in yourself. No one can help you pursue your dream and succeed. Almost all of every people that has ever failed has had an excuse. Successful people always find out the creative solution when they face with any challenges. When you feel confident that there is nothing you can’t develop or learn to resolve the most complex problem, it’s the moment of guaranteed greatness.

You should keep it simple and remember that success isn’t an entitlement. If you actually want to stand out, you should get out there and earn it each day for the rest of your life.

2. Age is just a number

You need to take your youth wholeheartedly. If you skin your age as an asset which could be done in a large number of different ways, i can be an actual powerful differentiator. When you start to give yourself the reason to not succeed, the failure can come to you.

If you believe in yourself, you will do everything without any doubt. In addition, there is nothing which people want to see more than an intelligent, hardworking and dedicated young professional who is successful. You should create a snowball of momentum which makes everyone want to be a part of your life.

3. Be methodical

You need to create the plan of your work and then work as your plan. My biggest breakthrough might be large-scale automation of my marketing system. By using a process which i created, it allows me to quintuple my marketing output when rising my conversion rate significantly.

One of the most simplest ways to put your own content plan in motion is to create a multi-step campaign which touches a prospect through a number of different mediums every week for at least a month. You should craft your content as well as follow a logical order in a persistent way.

4. Avoid decision fatigue

Attention can be a bottleneck on productivity. Moreover, it’s a finite daily resource. Even though the mental stamina developed over time, you always keep trying to break down your threshold. By doing this way, you can enhance your skills every day.

You can conserve your mental power by making easily reversible decisions as quickly as possible. As a result, you can execute simple tasks on autopilot. Actually, i know what i am eating for breakfast and i am wearing to go to my office next week. How about you?

5. Think big! Be big!

Setting goals is one of the crucial things to be successful. If you don’t have your goals (in 1,5 or 10 years) written out and visible to you on a daily basis. Let’s do it now! You should say out loud every morning when you wake up to remember and keep trying. Now, you need ask yourself the question :”What would have to happen to accomplish your 10-year goals in just one year?

The inherent power of maintaining consistency with your gools can work negatively and positively. If you anchor yourself to a slower timeline of achievement, it is caused for concern. You should be diligent and mindful in charting an optimal path which pushes you to your limit.
