Please notice that Magestore will have limited support from 25/1/2017 to 1/2/2017. This is the longest holiday period of the year and we hope that you could kindly understand.
The purchase activities & site operation are still processed as normal. However, the support channels will be limited. To get support during this holiday, please submit your inquiry using tickets via Zendesk or email your queries to email@example.com.
The support team will not be able to live chat within the occasion but all requests/messages will be recorded & checked daily. Due to the limitation of the human resource during the holiday, we will prioritize to reply extremely urgent case.
